After some time in the making, the Source Mage Cauldron team would like to
present you with the 0.10.0 stable ISO! This is the latest stable ISO release
for installing Source Mage GNU/Linux. It comes with many improvements over the
previous 0.9.6 series of ISOs.

A short list of the major improvements follows:

 * Updated kernel (2.6.27.10) = better support for newer hardware
 * Use of udev during boot enables automatic hardware probing and detection
 * New text-only installer interface
   -> stays out of your way better for more experienced users
   -> provides more helpful information for less experienced users
   -> ability to jump back and forth between installation steps - no need to
        completely start over if you mess up
   -> able to handle more advanced and complicated setups
 * LVM and raid support
 * Documentation for all ISO packages available during the install
 * Fast installs! experienced users have reported 10 minute installs! (note:
    dependent on linux experience, hardware, and how simple your install setup
    is)

The full release notes for 0.10.0 are available on our wiki at:

Also in the works is an x86_64 version which will hopefully keep in parallel
with the x86 one. There has already been a good deal of success with the devel
version, and progress is being made to bring this toward stable.
