Right…there I could cross-sign my identities and make a chain of trust. Here…how do I get `github@frobnitz` to be verification for `pypi@frobnitz`?

I suspect (but have not checked) that you would add pypi@frobnitz as an additional secondary email address to your GitHub account. I know for sure that you can _have_ multiple emails with GitHub.

Or if you didn't want to add that email (which I can understand), I guess you could do something like pypi-signing@frobnitz.

Just add the secondary email as another maintainer.
