Not “Python community”. Just “any places where PSF can silence me”.

That's fine: there are many more ways to work with Python. Including Reddit and many other, local, groups.

They are not the first US group that pushed me (and people like me) away. And I don't particularly care if they call that “inclusivity” or “exclusivity”, ultimately: so far I was always able to find someone who would go into that “US cesspool of inclusivity” to deliver my changes when that mattered and when/if they apply enough “inclusivity” to push more than half of active contributors out and this would become problematic I would just switch to that “reverse-discriminated” group.
