Does someone know more about sched_ext? It seems that simply no new revision has been posted for Linus to merge? Or did I miss the discussion (searching the mailing list is a nightmare)?

There was an extensive discussion that aired a lot of frustration but did not reach any definitive conclusions. My best reading of the situation is that one more development cycle will be taken to address some concerns with the code before it goes upstream.
