It's true that disapproving of working for Palantir is a political position. Taking the position that it doesn't matter who you work for or work with is _also_ political though. I don't see "politicise" as a very useful description.

In modern times, to "politicize something" means to point out its political implications, when they are inconvenient to the right wing person who caused them (it's always the right wing, never the left).
