When first reading it I found its style a bit inappropriate.
It's also just superficial information, without looking back at the Fedora.next project for example, which was something put in the spotlight 10 years ago. A retrospective would have been nice.
Fedora 40 released
For the announcement on the Fedora magazine the author seems overly enthusiastic ("OMG!", lots of exclamation points, "Oh, wow.", etc).
