You know that your tool is developed by and for computer freaks when its base styles are ‘Microsoft’, ‘Google’ and ‘Red Hat’, but not, let’s say, ‘Chicago’ or ‘Oxford’. Well, at least a good thing is that plain HTML is supported.

Hey, anyone who has a need can move the needle on getting those academic research paper citation styles in. :) I think that would be great to see in Vale. Maybe the computer freaks will cross-polinate the approaches across the disciplines?

Why is it bad that a tool is designed for a certain use case, like software engineering? Did they turn down your contribution to add support for “Chicago” (whatever that is)?

I read “Chicago” as a reference to the Chicago Manual of Style.
