* I predict that the popularity of distros like Silverblue and blue-fin where the OS is immutable is going to go up especially as a cloud native developer tool. Container driven work flows is going to get interesting.

* flatpak/snaps are going to continue to become more popular - flathub.org is going to gain more popularity as especially as we add the ability to pay or donate to open and closed source projects. Flathub is showing the popularity of apps for Linux.

Hopefully, we'll have some position statements on how AI is going to shake out. But I will say that in the world of democratized AI - the Free desktops are the ones to trust where your data and behavior are not used to drive AI.
