So basically the same problem as Tor Onion "dark web" has. Tor Onion host names are derived from keys too. It's very easy for people to put up fakes of popular "e-commerce" (cough) sites, and it's almost impossible for users to know which site is the legitimate one. So some users started creating "book mark" sites to link to the genuine sites - except they can't keep up with what is legit and what is a copycat scam either ;).
