Sure, that's a reasonable argument why FSF's policy isn't a good way to achieve their goals. But you aren't claiming they are crazy, which is what I had a problem with.

Actually, I am claiming they're crazy; this is the very thing their policy is meant to prevent happening (a preference for proprietary software over Free software), and they will not engage with anyone who argues against it - they refused to when I e-mailed them in 2014, instead preferring to made snide comments about how unproductive it is to point out flaws in policy that RMS himself approved.
