The NEWS file is *really* long and exhaustive, and there's a lot of changes in a major Emacs release like this!

Notable additions to the above summary: use-package and eglot now shipped with Emacs, Faster editing of files with very long lines, Enhanced support for editing and displaying Emoji and more!

I'm really excited about eglot, tree-sitter and Wayland support myself, really too bad they missed the Debian bookworm release window...

It is too bad they missed Bookworm, but maybe some kind developer will put it in backports.
