I tought the same many years ago, even more after knew about IBM buying RedHat and now this.

My following opinion might be controversial: I consider GPLv4 must be made and designed in a clear way to avoid toxic behaviors like RedHat/IBM one.

RedHat is doing precisely what the GPL is intended to allow! That's the entire POINT of the GPL.
