That in and of itself wouldn't be an issue. However, all signs point to RedHat terminating the license of someone redistributing its bits. Using those SRPMS to run a rebuild and then distribute the packages *you* create would be the next step, but something tells me RH plans to make binary or self-hosting rebuilds as painful as absolutely possible going forward. Kind of like what they did for their kernel patches in the SRPM once Oracle started doing its OEL thing.
