An LSFMM development-process discussion

The R: entries in MAINTAINERS already fulfill the requirement for additional reviewers, and by default get_maintainer.pl will list maintainers and reviewers, e.g.:-

$ scripts/get_maintainer.pl mm/vmalloc.c
Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org> (maintainer:VMALLOC)
Uladzislau Rezki <urezki@gmail.com> (reviewer:VMALLOC)

I should know as I am on that list :) I did raise this at this session actually (albeit not a newsworthy bit) saying that it was great to be able to do so, though I did confirm that I had to ask for it so that point stands!
