Ubuntu stops shipping Flatpak by default

Launchpad may still exist, but the envisioned future where we would all be developing software using canonical's bazaar on canonical's hosted launchpad forge using all of their cloud development tooling solutions certainly doesn't. Even they themselved just host their important repositories on git(la|hu)b like everyone else.
