PHP 8.2.0 released

Version 8.2.0 of the PHP language is out.

PHP 8.2 is a major update of the PHP language.It contains many new features, including readonly classes, null, false, and true as stand-alone types, deprecated dynamic properties, performance improvements and more.

It appears we can add not following semver to the list of php's sins.

Let's hope they stay sinful, then. If they'd switched to semver for PHP 7.0, we'd be on what, PHP 14 by now?
