Birds of a Feather, I believe ... (ie a small bunch of like-minded people).

BoF - Birds of a feather (flock together). Often used for a small informal meet up, gathering or lecture.

See, for example Debconf which has large plenary sessions, individual talks and then semi-formal BoFs to get people together on a small topic.
