I'm terribly sorry, but things are still not so clear for me.
What's about _multicast_?

It is rather common for multicast listeners to use the SO_REUSEADDR option.
Should this be replaced by SO_REUSEPORT? (or not?)
Should one use both? (if yes, in which order?)
What is the impact?
What are recommendations?
