A disagreement over get_mm_exe_file()

It should only be temporary until cros can fix their user space code.

Also cros is a full OS with their own Linux tree so it's already set up to handle kernel patches.

Agreed that out of tree patches aren't good but when they're temporary like this I think that's better than polluting the upstream kernel indefinitely.
