How Red Hat uses GitLab for kernel development

I can't help but feel that Bugzilla is not representative for a tool here because of its highly email-focussed workflow. It is basically the bug tracker for people who already liked the existing workflow instead of one for the people who use bug trackers similar to the ones used in other projects.
