DKIM and SPF aren't that hard to do if you've got a decent DNS provider (SPF is one TXT record, DKIM is that plus a milter daemon). That precludes most of the crappy free dyndns services that only give you an A record, but given the state things are already in that seems like an acceptable barrier to entry.
