Patent is not on double click in general

My cell phone is Nokia 6310i.

When I shortly press the power button when the device
is off, nothing happens. When I press it for a longer
time, the device is switched on.

When the device is on and I press the power button
for a short time, the menu with different "profiles"
appear. When I press it for a longer time, the device
is switched off.
