The rolling that was happening in CentOS 8 was between a Red Hat QAd versions of packages and Red Hat QAd versions of packages. CentOS Stream packages didn't go through full Red Hat QA process.

So why those packages aren't in RHEL? There must be something missing, or maybe a bugs presents. Centos freeloaders are not happy with packages "good enough for centos stream" but "not good enough for RHEL".

Those packages are on the way into RHEL. RHEL patches are published monthly. Stream is published now.
