I guess what I meant was: is there someone who provides a service like this so that I don't have to deal with the cloud providers myself? ;) I know I can set up an EC2 instance attached to some S3 storage, but... I really don't feel like it :)

"seedbox" is the term to search for. It's usually a cloud server with cheap storage and high bandwidth, and most managed seedboxes offer one-click installs for applications like Syncthing.
