FTPS should die even quicker than FTP

I'm also not a fan of FTPS, but what seems to be the the solution these days, use the IANA port range for passive, which is also listed for example here:

http://proftpd.org/docs/directives/linked/config_ref_Pass...

That way no firewall support needed to look into the control protocol.
