2021 Free Software Awards announced

CiviCRM is a bit of an odd beast, but definitely deserves the laurels. Perhaps the CRM bit is confusing to some, but it really isn't about web shops and customer tracking — the C stands for constituent, so it's more about better and easier management of NGOs, their members and users. It's modular, so it can be a lean machine or a complex kitchen sink of interrelated tools.
