Apple -- hmm. The company that tried to copyright the WIMP (Windows, Icons, Menu, Pointer) interface after they stole it from Xerox. The company who tried to establish design patents on rounded corners. The company who's the leader of the "walled garden" approach.

Yes, I also really wonder why there's this amount of negativity. I would have expected more.
