MlView 0.6.3 released

Hi all,

MlView 0.6.3 is out.

This release adds tons of bug fixes, a lot of polishing
and also some internal architecture enhancements to prepare
the future.
It's also the first version of MlView that is 100% gtk+2 based.

MlView is a generic XML editor for GNOME that
provides a tree oriented XML editing view and supports edition with or
without DTD based validation.
