They mention Adobe Flash is now banned from running at all. What does this mean for the likes of gnash/lightspark?

Possibly this means running Flash inside the browser using a plugin like flashplugin-nonfree or equivalent: gnash will probably run independently.

Answering my own question: lightspark worked in 84.0.2; 85.0 breaks it entirely.
