API Key rotation

The article says that changing the API Keys would require 'force-upgrading' Chrome users... but that's already the case for the vast majority of users, since the browsers are updated quite often and upgrade themselves automatically.

I suspect Google could rotate the API keys every 3-4 months without much of a disturbance for 'normal' (Google channel) Chrome users.
