How to register for the event

Parent article: OSS EU and ELC EU videos available

The event access is free and available to anyone, but it does require registration.

Please go here: https://events.linuxfoundation.org/embedded-linux-confere...
and click on "Not Registered? Register Now". It will take you through the full registration process.
There are a lot of forms to fill out, but select "Post Event Access" when you see that option.
Once your e-mail is registered with the Linux Foundation, go to the accelevents.com site
and create an account with the same e-mail. It takes a bit of time to sync up (about 10 minutes),
but then you should have access to enter the full event site.

What is the purpose of requiring registration?
How does that represent FSF RYF values?

Don't worry, they will be uploaded to Youtube, too.
And then we can use youtube-dl. Oh wait...

I'm not sure what your acronyms mean: Free Software Foundation Revolutionary Youth Front? ;-)

I believe the Linux Foundation likes to track the attendee counts and demographics for who attends their events, to try to improve outreach. Going through the existing registration was the easiest way to grant access to non-paying attendees. It's free, so they (understandably IMHO) didn't spend a lot of time reconfiguring that aspect of accessing the event site, after the event was over.

But if the registration worries you, then the videos should be available soon on YouTube (the goal is by Dec 10th).
