The improvement in the experience in this case is that you get the new version on time.

A browser is an important piece of software (this statement may also sound vacuous). And you need to get it updated ASAP once yet another vulnerability has been found and the fix has been released.

What you may be asking, is to see some extra paragraph in announcements that caters for power users.
Still, a power user can deduce what's being said.
