Sure, why not?

Machine learning based unit, integration and fuzz testing to find the bugs, and a machine learning / AI process to fix the bugs.

I am not sure why you smart developers insist on doing things the hard way.

Just develop Skynet. The T800 is designed to fix bugs *before* they occur.
