Better tools for kernel developers

FYI: There is patches (https://github.com/stefanha/patches) doing the same thing.
Ordering patches for 'git am' and collecting acked/reviewed/tested tags from replies.
Uses notmuch as email database, so it works offline, but needs (unlike get-lore-mbox)
some non-trivial setup.
