A new crop of stable kernels

Six new stable kernels have been released: 5.1.3, 5.0.17, 4.19.44, 4.14.120, 4.9.177, and 4.4.180. As usual, they contain important fixes throughout the kernel tree; users should upgrade.

Users of ext4 should avoid 5.1.x until 5.1.4 is released, though. Alternatively get the ext4 patches that are queued for 5.1.4.

There are numerous patches for ext4 that landed across stable versions. Do you know what specifically is dangerous in 5.1.3?
