I'd be cautious about inferring from one large company's experience across all companies. As a counterpoint, I work in the university sector and I repeatedly see Zoom driving all the other videoconferencing solutions before it. But that sector plays to Zoom's strengths, so I wouldn't infer too widely from my experience either.
