Federated blogging with WriteFreely

If you're interested in having a web user interface that allows you to write your posts in a web browser (which is apparently what WriteFreely offers), then there is also Ghost to consider. In the end, I found it overkill for my needs, and I prefer the workflow offered by static sites generator (ie. terminal+editor+git). So I switched to Pelican and I'm super happy with it, I give it a 5 stars.
