Blacklisting insecure filesystems in openSUSE

Apparently a message was posted for 48 hours prior to F2FS being blacklisted. Turns out some users were unhappy about that. Who knew that 48 hours on a devel mailing list might have not reached a wide enough user base audience for comment? The mind boggles!
