Changing the world with better documentation

See I think the Mozilla CoC is one of the worst examples, delving into the ridiculous (simulated physical contact). It's extremely long, sometimes vague ("unwelcome", "professional", "inappropriate"). What it signals to me is that people in the Mozilla community are incredibly difficult to interact with and certainly not fun to be around. In terms of neurodiversity it's also somewhat exclusionary.
