Announcing the GNU Kind Communication Guidelines

Nobody is saying that theoretical problems and solutions should not be explored and talked about. On the contrary, it's a very good and interesting exercice. But sometimes it's tempting to try to push for implementing them, even if they are not needed. The right thing to do, IMHO, is keep the ideas as ideas, and implement them when needed, not before.
