Hasn't Trolltech solved this problem long ago with the QPL?

If I recall correctly, the QPL was their first licence, which was GPL The GPL and library code
incompatible. It caused the Harmony initiative, which was to be an LGPL
reimplementation. Trolltech solved the conflict by dropping their QPL and
switching to the GPL.
