In the build system, it now invokes e.g. configure.py.

0:01.54 Also creating executable in /scratch/working/firefox-60.0.2/firefox-build-dir/_virtualenv/bin/python

0:02.27 running build_ext
0:02.27 building 'psutil._psutil_linux' extension
