I assume the delay of an LCD is going to depend on the monitor's refresh rate, not the game's framerate, so just get a standard 144Hz gaming monitor and it'll be negligible (and perhaps even better than a 60Hz CRT).

the issue is with input-lag, not refresh rate (yes, they are similar, but they are different issues)
