banshee has had webkitgtk disabled since 2.6.2-20. Fedora 26 got an update to 2.6.2-22 a month ago (it also fixes a ton of other annoying issues in banshee).

The 2.9 code branch of banshee never made it out of beta, and aside from some automated translation commits, is utterly abandoned.
