Well, these were not posted with a "draft" mark and there was no other change at all.

Perhaps somebody got cold feet because of liability issues – if you knowingly distribute defective software, your unreadably-large legal disclaimer may not be able to bail you out …

Did anybody ask the meeting's chair for comment?
