I agree! Especially because one doesn't see those links at all on this page [0] as opposed to this one [1], which I found a bit confusing. But thanks, the TOC is otherwise very helpful, and I'm enjoying the new format!

I wonder if making the links points into the main page, rather than to separate pages, would be a good thing. I cannot quite decide.
What I would like to see is the "brief items" and "announcements" listed in this main table of contents, rather in that auxiliary one at the end.
