LEDE-17.01 is coming

In my ath9k/ath10k testing I have been using the ubnt uap-lite, (it's more of an interior gw - with only 8MB of flash there's no room for a gui - but it smokes the archer on 802.11ac), pcengines apu2 (for gbit fiber), and the venerated netgear wndr3800, all with good success.

At the moment my primary test platform is the archer c7v2, which is quite solid and a reasonable upgrade over the wndr3800.

SF's sonic fiber, while otherwise excellent, still had 50ms inherent buffering on the uplink, cut to *less than zero* under load with sqm.

(gpon req/release interaction)

I note my uses have evolved to put the high end home gw with "stuff" - on the gbit link with no wifi, and to mount an AP like the ubnt-lite as a bridge somewhere more central in the house. Where I am presently I can "hear" over 50 APs by the window.
