G.729 Consortium patents expired

Some of these patents expired already in November 2016, noteworthy is that the unexpired ones are now made available on a royalty-free basis.

The only free/libre opensource project I could find for G.729 is bcg729 from Belledonne Communications. Do you know of others (just the decoder functionality is needed for our purposes)?

ffmpeg has a G.729 decoder.
