Splines in Inkscape 0.92

The pen tool can now be used to draw three different types of curve. Top, in green, is a standard Bezier. In the middle, in purple, is a Spiro curve. When the mouse is over the Spiro curve, Inkscape highlights constraints in red. At the bottom is a B-spline, with its constraint handles visible on the blue lines.
