For those who are not familiar with Cyrillic script: "инстант ребут" is a transliteration of "instant reboot" in english. Transliterated English words are commonly used by programmers in Russia. I believe about 75% of the words mentioned in the referred page are so. To name a few: "фикс", "баг", "федора", "эксплойт", "РУТануть".
